Our unique, ‘off-the-map’, fully-supported bicycle journeys are personally guided by Kim, Lhakpa, and the Kamzang Journeys team, and run in our boutique Kamzang style (generally camping, although we stay in great heritage hotels in Bhutan), with tons of extras and always local expertise. We are passionate about bicycling, exploration, and the Himalayan region with its diverse cultures and our bike trips reflect our love of these regions. An epic, stunningly beautiful bicycle journey through the remote northern regions of Ladakh, the Indian Himalaya! We cycle across nomadic plateaus and other-worldly salt lake regions, camping along the breathtaking Pangong, Tsomoriri and Tso Kar lakes. Cycling over 5000m passes on good, paved roads, we follow ancient Silk Route roads through lively, traditional villages, camp next to nomadic yak-hair tents, and soak in mineral hot springs. We finish our cycle journey in Central Asian Nubra, crossing the 5360m (17,580′) Kardung La to historic Leh, always with support vehicles, and yoga time at the end of the day!
